$500.00
Two hours of coverage - This is meant for the couple that wants pictures of a small backyard-type ceremony & beautiful portraits of the loving couple, the wedding party, and two families.
*Minimum of 50 proofed images on a high resolution CD
All packages include online proof viewing and ordering for your convenience.

Up to four hours of coverage - This can cover one hour prior to the ceremony and includes: Preparation pictures, the ceremony itself & portraits of bridal party, bride, groom, and both families. Minimal reception coverage is offered with this package unless the reception is in the same location as the ceremony.
*Minimum of 100 proofed images on a high resolution CD
All packages include online proof viewing and ordering for your convenience.

Up to six hours of coverage - This can cover two hours prior to the ceremony, the ceremony itself, portraits of bridal party, bride, groom, and both families and as much reception as time allows. This coverage also includes an optional engagement portrait or bridal portrait.
*Minimum of 150 proofed images on a high resolution CD

Up to 8 hours of coverage - This can cover two hours prior to the ceremony, and includes: Preparation pictures, the ceremony itself, portraits of bridal party, bride, groom, and both families and as much reception as time allows. This coverage also includes an optional engagement portrait and/or bridal portrait.

Full day of coverage - Closer to total coverage, your photographer will be with you all day. Includes preparation pictures, the ceremony itself, portraits of bridal party, bride, groom, and both families and the reception. This package also includes an optional engagement portrait and/or bridal portrait, if so desired.
*Minimum of 250 digital images on a high resolution CD

Full day with two photographers. There is not much we won’t get in this coverage. We can be virtually everywhere at once, and capture every moment of your day from different angles, and in different styles. Three hours prior to the ceremony, the ceremony itself, portraits of the bridal party and both families, and the reception until the bride and groom leave or there's nothing left to photograph, which ever comes first. This package includes an optional engagement portrait and/or bridal portrait, if so desired.
*Minimum of 300 digital images on a a high resolution CD
All packages include online proof viewing and ordering for your convenience.
*The number of proofs stated in packages is a minimum, I do not limit the number of photos I take of an event. You will receive any picture that is deemed acceptable by me.
The Fine Print
I will attend the rehearsal to meet and get to know your friends and family so that everyone will feel more comfortable with me on your special day.
All packages include both color and black & white as well as photojournalistic and traditional photography.
Your proofs will be available in within 3 weeks.
Allow 3 weeks for reordered prints. Minor retouching included in this price.
These prices good within a 50-mile radius of Churubusco, Indiana.
Beyond that, the price increases and packages will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Unless other arrangements have been made with me, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at contract signing, your deposit will be forfeited if the wedding is cancelled or rescheduled.
You are choosing to hire me is based upon your viewing of my prior work, and our conversations regarding what you envision for your day. Prices may change without notice. Lock in your price with deposit and signed contract.

Digital Negatives
The cost of a high resolution CD is $250. Each additional copy is $50.
Proof Book
If you need an proof book to send to relatives, the cost is $250. Proof CD
Proofs are available on CD - these would be lower resolution images that will look great on your computer screen and can be emailed, but are not suitable for printing. They would also be marked as proofs. If your package does not include this, or you have opted for a proof book, a proof CD is yours for $50. Additional copies are $25. Travel If your venue(s) is 100 miles or more (according to Mapquest, by zipcode, I am at 46723) I will add a sum of $250.00 for hotel for the night prior to and the night of your wedding, so that I can attend the rehearsal and stay in town after a more-than-full day of photography. Also, the cost of gas or airfare to reach the destination will be calculated, and that actual cost will be charged to you as well.
